Toulouse. A new ephemeral restaurant with a breathtaking view of the dome of La Grave

Turbine is the pretty name of an ephemeral restaurant which opened this Wednesday 1er June 2022, on the 400 m² terrace of the Bazacle EDF power plantat Toulouse.

A new gourmet address that will remain open until the fall. It was chef Sébastien Ochoa (Cantine & Gamelle) who came up with the Turbine menu. On the menu : seasonal products, local producers and “amazing and refreshing flavor combinations,” in the words of the chef.

Strawberry-tomato burrata, Beef Gravelax, pistachio and olive oil, egg parfait with truffles, leg of suckling lamb with a spoon or even Caesar salad can be enjoyed as well à la carte from Turbine. The à la carte prices are between 8 and 38 euros.

Nice cocktail menu

A fine cocktail menu, with classic but also more original recipes is also offered. Ideal to savor, taking advantage of the magnificent view of the dome of La Grave and the Saint-Pierre bridge. Soft drinks, hot drinks, strong alcohols, beers and wines complete the offer.

Lunch with colleagues, cold drinks in the afternoon or an evening with friends… Turbine is open 7 days a week from 11 am to midnight.

Turbine, on the terrace of the EDF Bazacle spaces, 11 quai Saint-Pierre. Open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Access at noon through the museum, in the evening through the entrance at the bottom of the museum.
