Six years after its opening in Douarnenez, the restaurant L’Effet Boeuf has just changed hands. Anne-Sophie Le Ster and Anthony Pecassou are the new owners of this establishment specializing in beef, located near the Sables-Blancs beach. But the clientele will not be disoriented. Indeed, Anne-Sophie Le Ster has been working in the dining room at L’Effet Boeuf since its opening and Anthony Pecassou, originally from Confort-Meilars, has been working there for two years.
The restaurant closed for three days, the time for the new owners to refresh the decoration and the menu card. But the faithful can be reassured, this one will always include what made the success of the restaurant: beef matured on carcass. Fries and sauces will always be homemade.
In the kitchen and in the dining room, the duo of associates will be supported by five employees. Inside and on the terrace, L’Effet Boeuf can serve 80 people.
The Beef Effect, 1 rue des Peupliers. Open seven days a week. Tel. 02 98 98 63 26.
