Grenoble. “Le Bouillon A” by chef Christophe Aribert settles on the Presqu’île

It was a desire of the two-starred master of Maison Aribert in Uriage-les-Bains to create a new restaurant in Grenoble, despite the many offers he had received to settle elsewhere and even abroad.

Le Bouillon A, located on the ground floor of the new Y-Spot Partners building, in the heart of the Presqu’île, is a reflection of this district, innovative, dynamic and focused on excellence. This new place, run by Florence Drillat, accompanied by chef Jonathan Faltas, offers seasonal cuisine that favors local know-how and production. The space, designed to accommodate more than 120 covers per service, is resolutely modern and strikingly clear, spacious and airy. An accessible gastronomy, with a choice of starters, dishes, side dishes, cheeses and desserts is offered.
