Pulled Pork Tacos

The menu offers plates at 8 euros for snacking with friends: for example, the county crousti from the cheese maker Pierre Rollet, broccoli tempura, a chicken crousti from the Fabre brothers, breeders in Ychoux (40), charcuterie boards and of cheeses (14 and 16 euros), or even a tuna tataki bun, made with brioche bread (12 euros). But there are also hot dishes like a hot dog with homemade sausage knack from Gilles Pécastaing, pig breeder in Pissos (12 euros), or a tacos with pulled pork confit accompanied by crunchy vegetables ( 14 euros) and Fish and chips of wild fish (16 euros). Looking for staff
