Want some good ice cream? Good news, the Hôtel de Crillon’s ice cream shed is back in Paris. From June 15 to September 11, 2022, we find this concept at the foot of the palace, on Place de la Concorde. And for this year, pastry chef Matthieu Carlin offers us even more indulgence with a beautiful variation of his emblematic frozen cookie!

From June 15 to September 11, 2022the Cabanon ice cream parlor at the Hôtel de Crillon is making a comeback with an ever more gourmet concept. At the controls of this frosted spot, we find Matthew Carlinthe pastry chef of the hotel which is committed to offering us creations with little sugar, which highlight the natural flavors by often bringing a regressive and comforting touch.

For this new edition Matthew Carlin always pushing the limits of gluttony further. Last year, we were able to discover a unprecedented creationhis iced cookie, a signature of the chef. This regressive ice cream will have required a long work for its elaboration and the least we can say is that the game was worth the candle: we then found a cookies extremely moist, barely baked, topped with runny salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream, all enrobed in crunchy dark chocolate.
